Travel Insurance

Now that your trip is arranged, it’s time to protect your investment. The one thing certain in life is change and sometimes the best of plans may encounter unforeseen bumps, through no fault of anyone.  In order to protect your travel investment, I strongly suggest that you purchase travel insurance. I don’t travel without it, and neither should you.

Experienced travelers recognize the need to protect their trip deposits, property, and their well-being. A sudden health emergency for you or an immediate family member just before or during your trip could spoil your vacation. If you had to cancel or interrupt your trip, would your money be refundable? In most cases the answer is no. What would you do if you arrived in London and your luggage arrived in Buenos Aires? What if your immediate family member took ill right before your trip? What if you broke your arm before returning home and have to visit the hospital?

Situations such as these do not have to ruin your trip or deplete your resources. As your Travel Advisor, we feel it is our responsibility to make you aware of the various travel protection, cancellation, and repatriation insurance options available.

Please review the information that is provided below for a description of features/benefits of the travel protection plan(s). Note that most insurance coverage needs to be purchased within 7 to 14 days of initial trip deposit to cover any pre-existing conditions or supplier default. As we book more services, we can adjust the coverage accordingly.

If you need assistance in determining how much and what components of your trip need to be covered, or would like to purchase coverage, please contact us.
